Shipping policy

Order processing time is 3-5 business days. *Custom orders require 5 business days for processing including shipping and handling time. NO orders will be shipped on the weekends. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update via the USPS website. 

*ALL CUSTOM ORDERS REQUIRE A MINIMUM 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT BEFORE THE ORDER IS PROCESSED AND COMPLETED FOR SHIPPING.

Purple Queen Expressions LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages due to mishandling.  All items are final sale, no refunds or returns. Cancellations may only be made within 3 business days prior to orders being shipped. For security reasons, no address changes will be made after the order has been placed. Please double check that your full name, complete shipping address, phone number and email address is correct and valid.
